I started this club because I saw too many learners give up right after learning the basics.
Before I became a Japanese teacher, a friend asked me to teach them Japanese. At the time, I wasn’t doing it as a job—I simply wanted them to enjoy learning. I have many non-Japanese friends, and through them, I’ve learned a lot about the struggles they face with the language—when they get stuck, what confuses them, and what they actually need to communicate smoothly.
